到横梁两端能同步提升。处于现场的两台 PLC 各自负责一端电机和油压的控制，实现提升过程的平稳和快速。

DATA -LINC GROUP 对每一台SRM6300E 进行出厂前的工作参数预设置，确保相邻工作的若干对“点对点”通讯系统有可靠的 R F 隔离效果，完全避免发生“碰撞”和通讯瞬间中断的事件，维持实时控制的正常进行。在该工程项目的顺利完工之后，同济大学上海建设机器人工程技术研究中心又成功的运用与该系统类似的监控系统完成了诸如上海港机股份有限公司岸桥提升等国家重点项目，这也充分证明了该系统的良好的可移植性。

φ300mm 机组改造后的自动化控制系统，配置有 5 台 GE公司的90 系列PLC，设有2个操作站，轧制区4#操作 台、精整区 5# 操作台各 1个，在主电室设有工程师站。 在4#操作台和主电室配有IPC 610/PCA-6186LV 研华工 控机。操作界面采用 CIMPLICITYHMI人机接
